A solid, hand-sculpted art glass figurine of a koala, featuring a complex 'frit' interior of earthy browns and creams encased in clear glass. It was made by Eamonn Vereker who emigrated from Kilkenny, Ireland—a city with a deep-rooted history in craft—to Australia, eventually opening his own studio in Adelaide in 1994.
