Beautiful urn top does not come off. Someone removed the base not sure why and caused damage to bottom see pics that show cracks and chip. Has delicate rose flowers with gold leaf black in color. Has crazing from age. Was told made in England back in 20s has a number in gold on bottom. Base is not included only what you see. Wear on urn mostly on gold see pics. Still a beautiful piece.
