This is a vintage cut lead crystal hand bell / vanity dinner bell. The bell features a deeply cut pinwheel or starburst geometric pattern circling the skirt. The upper stem transitions into an elegant, multi-faceted paneled crystal handle designed to catch and refract light. These highly musical, heavy lead crystal bells were commonly manufactured by premium European and British glassware houses (such as Tritschler Winterhalder in West Germany, Imperlux in Poland, or Tyrone in Ireland) during the peak crystal collecting movement of the 1970s and 1980s.
