This is a nice vintage Chalkware carnival, smoking clown with cigar String holder. It is from around the 1940’s. He has really nice vibrant colors. There is some wear on the forehead and is rough on some places. Please see detailed pictures. Overall a very unique and nice piece. Approx. 7” length, 6” wide, 3.5” depth.
