This Vintage 6" Ceramic Ruffled Basket, Handpainted with Floral Design, is a bright and cheery piece from 1988, manufactured in Portugal by Jay Willfred a Division of Andrea by Sadak. Hand signed on bottom and sticker on side by handle. Although there are many of these handpainted cuties available, each one can be just a tad different.
