Vintage Blue Cased Glass/Silver Fleck Thorn Handle Basket/Crimped and Ruffled

This basket has one side of it with a crimped rim and the other side with a smooth ruffle and a thorny handle coming to a peak. It could actually be Steven Williams, but I really am not sure on that.
