Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no cracks. There are 2 chips however on the very bottom, but cannot be seen from the top. Smoke free environment. This is a sweet retro bell that is cut nicely with a scalloped handle & a blue bow goose that is raised. Bell measures 6" tall x 4" wide.
