Please note the photos. I don't see issues such as chips or cracks. I believe this is Carpathian art glass made in Poland as it's very similar to the other pieces they have made. This measures 2.75" tall x 5" x 7.5". It really is so pretty, it's hard to pick it up in the photos. Thank you. :)
