Vintage Baldwin Paperweight Art Pottery Piece

Vintage paperweight or decorative pottery art piece. Very unique. Artist signature "Baldwin" inscribed on bottom. There is a small flaw in the glaze at one of the flower petals in the center. See last picture for detail. Measures approx 3" diameter x 2.5" tall.
