Here's a vintage American Pottery Vase circa the teens to 1920s. It is a handthrown piece. It has a beautiful purple colored glaze. I am not sure of the maker but it looks like Morton, Cliftwood and Hywood pieces. It is heavy and we'll made. The height is approximately 7 inches. Base width is about 3 1/2 inches. Top opening is approximately 1 1/2 inches across. It is a beautiful form and looks great displayed. It has no damage. White spots in photos are reflections.
