Beautiful vintage studio art glass paperweight featuring a dramatic central starburst / snowflake-style core with radiating controlled bubbles, surrounded by rich copper aventurine suspended in a deep dark glass ground. This is a solid, hand-blown piece with excellent clarity and sparkle when light passes through. The base is ground and polished, typical of quality Murano-style studio glass. There are a couple white spots on the base. Unsigned, which is common for this type of art glass.
