Beautiful vintage Art Deco lidded pot by Shaw & Copestake (SylvaC), dating from approximately 1925–1936. Features the sought-after Moonlight Design 1500 with a hand-painted gilt Oriental landscape scene, charcoal black finish, and gilt edging. The striking hexagonal shape is characteristic of the Art Deco period. A lovely collector’s piece or decorative addition to any vintage interior. Condition: Very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Light age-related wear to the gilt decoration consistent with age. Size: Approx. 3” (7.5cm) tall.
