Vintage ACC Cut Glass Crystal Cast Golden Metal Brass Hollywood Regency Ashtray. There is an "impact mark" on the edge of the glass. See last two photos. The piece is very ornate - very over the top. On the bottom is a price sticker - I'm not sure if this was a salesman's sample or not. I'm not sure if these are the original prisms.
