This item is a vintage ceramic cachepot/ planter from the Marks & Spencer "St Michael" collection, specifically part of an iconic Butterfly and Peony / Floral set released around February 1987. Features a classic pedestal base, vertical lobed ribbing, and an elegant scalloped or scrolled rim. Characterised by prominent three-dimensional, applied porcelain butterfly on the side. A delicate, transfer-printed soft pink peony motif alongside smaller flying butterflies on a clean white-to-cream glaze base.
