For sale is a vintage 1950’s Napco ceramic planter, the Saturday’s Child angel planter. It is stamped #S557F and has the original foil sticker. It is 4.5” tall, 5.5” long and 3.5” wide. Napco produced a series of these planters, one for each day of the week. And they are harder to find. This planter has a repair. The angels head has been glued back on. From the front, it looks like gold trim on the top of her dress. But from the back, you can see the repair. I have captured this in the pictures. Besides the repair, there are no other chips or cracks. It has crazing and some minor staining consistent with age, but overall, it is a beautiful piece.
