This vintage porcelain plate probably dates from around 1920-40 and is an example of Reichenbach porcelain. The dogwood pattern and reticulated rim are features of this. The mark on the back and the relief impasto flowers apparently suggest the maker could be Klaas &Co although I understand another possible manufacturer could be Schuman Arzberg (although the mark doesn't seem to match them so well). There are some dirty marks and areas of cracked glazing and photos are included of these.
