This has the black stamp Japan on the bottom, it is the Awaji Pottery with the Mottled glaze on the surface. There are a few glaze misses on the inside of the top, see photo and a shallow flake at the bottom edge, see photos, but no other issues. This measures 5-3/4" tall and is 3-1/4" wide across the handles. Minor AS IS as mentioned.
