Victorian Franz Welz Art Glass Handled Basket Opaque Yellow Ruby Lined

Here's a great example of Franz Welz. Made in the early 20th century ca. 1910-1919. This beautiful Handled Basket is made of an Opaque Yellow exterior and lined in Ruby glass. The outside edge is a very fine Ribbon crimp with applied clear crystal.
