It is a quality piece of blown glass and was made by an unknown maker; but with the likely possibilities being Buckeye Glass or Model Flint. It is made in a clear opalescent swirled stripe pattern in a mold where the ribs of the pattern in the glass run the opposite direction of the opalescent stripes.
