Victorian Art Glass Translucent Blue Handled Mini Basket

Here's a great example Victorian art glass. Attributed to Franz Welz. Made in the early 20th century ca. 1900-1910. This beautiful Translucent Blue Handled Basket is in very good condition. It's in the interior of the glass and can't be felt.
