If a piece of glass glows bright green in UV light then it contains uranium. Because of this, uranium glass cannot be faked. Uranium glass is glass made with up to 2% uranium dioxide for color. The uranium dioxide content causes the glass to fluoresce bright green under a UV blacklight.
