The bowl was made in 1980 to celebrate the Queen Mother - Elizabeth of Glamis - and has etchings of the Elizabeth of Glamis Rose. The bowl was made by Orrefors of Sweden, a renowned Swedish glassworks established in 1898 and is celebrated for its high quality crystal glassware and art glass.
