A massive studio glass plaque by the celebrated artist Steven Newell entitled "The Wrong Hold". Steven Newell's pieces are at the Victoria and Albert Museum and many other collections worldwide. Born in 1948, he is an American artist and in 1972 was offered a place at The Royal College of Art, London. In 1986 he set up Glassworks, London and produced repeatable items and one off pieces. This plaque is a one off etched and signed piece. Diameter is 55.5cm.
