From my research, I believe this is a Steuben Glass urn circa the 1920s. The last three photos are showing similar items I found from my research. If anyone knows more, I'd be happy to learn! It's about 8 inches tall and the opening is about 3.5 inches wide. There are no cracks but a few chips - one on the outside of the lid and a few on the inside rim of the lid.
