A large and spectacular art glass bowl or ashtray, attributed to Sanyu Glass Factory, Osaka Japan, ca. 1960s-'70s. Unsigned, identified by style, decor and production techniques. Not to be confused with similar pieces by Murano or Josef Hosbodka for Chřibská. It is 17cm in diameter, 9cm high and weighs 1.65kg. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or other damage. Light age wear to base, highly polished concave or dished pontil.
