This anonymous piece dates back to the mid-20th century. The glass is distinguished by its considerable thickness, while the wavy, sinuous silhouette evokes the image of moving water. This particular process was developed in the 1920s by Napoleone Martinuzzi for the Venini artistic glassworks.
