Hand-blown art glass sculpture in the form of a whimsical witch or wizard hat with a curled tip. Features swirling shades of blue, purple, and aqua with controlled bubbles throughout the glass. Signed RTGlass and dated 2003 on the underside. Measures approximately 3" tall and 3" wide. Pre-owned condition with light shelf wear and minor scratching to the base consistent with age and display.
