A very fine model of the Charolais bull. Originally sculpted by Doris Lindner, probably the finest sculptor of cattle and equine studies in the 20th century. This model stands approximately 7" high by 9" in length, excluding the plinth. The ceramic model appears to me to be utterly faultless without chips crack or restoration. The wooden plinth is equally in excellent condition except that the foam lining has slightly mishapen in places. Please see all photographs.
