This is a Royal Doulton "Rachel" figurine, model HN 2936, featuring a woman in a red hooded coat with fur trim. Designed by Peter Gee in 1980, this piece was produced from 1985 to 1997 The figurine typically stands 20cm tall and 15cm at widest Made from bone china with a glossy finish.
