Designed by Leslie Harradine and manufactured between 1930 & 1949. Very rare and HTF. You will note that the HN number has been hand painted as well as the words"Potted by Doulton & Co". If you look at the edge of the base above the word "Rose", the date of 3.4.37 has been impressed. I don't recall ever having seen a date impressed on the base of a Royal Doulton figure.
