This is a beautiful ceramic figurine entitled "Tuppence A Bag" HN2320, which was hand made and hand painted in England by Royal Doulton. It measures 13cm high x 10cm x 10cm across the base, and has the full maker's stamp on the base. It was designed by Mary Nicoll, and is beautifully modelled and decorated in rich colours. It is in perfect condition, with no damage and no signs of wear - a lovely evocative piece to add to a collection.
