This is a very rare Royal Doulton Figurine commissioned for sale directly at the Royal Doulton Visitors' Centre in Burslem, Stoke on Trent. It was modelled by Nada Pedley whose signature is on the base but additionally it is signed in gold by Michael Doulton who is a 5th generation direct descendant of the companies founder John Doulton. He hand signed this piece on 13 July 1999.
