Royal Doulton vintage figurine called Abigail HN4044, it was designed by Valerie Annand and released in 1997 until 2001 in the In Vogue series. Height is approx 20.5cm or 8.5". The figurine of a lady dressed up for a night out is in excellent condition, with no flaws.
