Royal Doulton early vintage figurine The Balloon Seller HN583 was designed by Leslie Harradine and issued from 1923 until 1949. It depicts a lady carrying a baby whilst selling balloons and is of the earliest Street Vendors models. The figurine stands approx 9" or 22.9cm high and is in overall very good age-related condition with no chips or cracks, displaying the light crazing which is common for this vintage
