This is figurine numbered HN2743 designed by D.V. Tootle and produced only between the years 1987 to 1991. It is beautifully painted and in very good condition with no cracks or chips. However, the back-stamp (see photograph) indicates this is a "second", although I am not able to identify any defects. Because of the limited number of years it was produced, I presume there cannot be a huge number of copies in circulation. A very pretty and affordable addition to anybody's collection.
