ROYAL CROWN DERBY PAPERWEIGHT Up for sale I have this stunning Brown Pelican from Royal Crown Derby. It is approx. 13cm/5.25 inches high. It was modelled by John Ablitt and was introduced in 1998 and retired in 2006. This paperweight is unboxed second quality with silver stopper. I have examined it carefully to look for reasons why this was deemed second quality. There are no major issues. Just a number of tiny dots, nicks, pimples and dimples (see photos).
