Hello! This is a Robert Held Art Glass Heart Shaped Cobalt Blue Iridescent Textured Paperweight. It is a cobalt blue and green with a lovely iridescence. It has a waffle or diamond point pattern on the front and an almost pebbled texture on the back. It has its original sticker that says Robert Held Handmade in Canada Art Glass. It also has an etched marking on the back that I think reads: RH46. This paperweight has no imperfections and is in Excellent Condition. Here are its measurements: 3 inches in height, 2.5 inches in length and 1.5 inches thick.
