Glass companies like Duncan & Miller would sell their glass blanks to outside decorating companies like Wheeling Decorating Co. I do not know which company decirated this one. The craftsmen at these decorating companies would then decorate them with a wide range of styles and designs. This particular glass handled basket was decorated with a wide light blue band and then dotted the band with white enamel flowers. The finished products were then sold to merchandisers everywhere. You do not often come across this particular design. The dimensions are listed above. This lovely decorated basket is in excellent condition. Unique find.
