Presented for auction is this Superb Rare Vintage Wade 1950's First Issue Whimsies Set Nine Boxed. Produced by Wade from 1958-1961 this complete boxed set of the first issue whimsies is entitled North American Animals being the ninth set issued Set Nine. It contains a Snowy Owl, Raccoon, Grizzly Bear, Grizzly Bear Cub and a Cougar all contained in their original cardboard box, superb quality items/craftsmanship. They are all in excellent used condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration, just usual light wear consistent with age, please see all the additional photos as they form part of the item description.
