I believe his to be a rare piece by Fenton. It is number #9 out of the low number of 15 total! It was hand painted by Frances Burton and features butterflies. I could not find another example of this online. It measures approx. 9.5" tall x 6" across. Included is a battery-operated flickering candle. The condition is good, with the brass base showing some light pitting and discoloration. Also, the candle is missing one screw from the bottom. All items are sold as is, no returns.
