Depicts a Ivy vine on a deep blue background. Looks to be #3038 but I can’t find a similar example in the Rookwood shape catalog or a visual match in Worthpoint. Date is a bit obscured also but it’s either 1916 or 1917. Has a couple of chips around the top edge as shown in the pictures. 5 3/4” square, 1” thick
