This is a rare opportunity to acquire a beautiful matching pair of original 1930s Art Deco ceramic lady busts, designed by the celebrated Elly Strobach for Royal Dux Bohemia. Standing at 14cm tall, these iconic figurines feature Strobach’s signature "tilted head" pose and are finished in a sophisticated soft-glaze palette of blue and mint green. Both pieces sit on the distinctive white tiered "staircase" base with green striped accents and are clearly marked on the reverse with "Czechoslovakia" and model numbers 15231 and 15232. While they show some light age-related wear and fine surface crazing consistent with their vintage, they remain in lovely overall condition.
