Rare Mason's Ironstone Dragon Cabinet Charger Plate circa 1880's

It is beautifully painted on a vivid blue ground. The pattern would have been transfer printed then hand painted in a black. It has then been hand gilded in fine detail. The edge of the plate is also hand gilded.
