Made in Empoli in Italy the original Noppa design was by Erkkitapio Siiroinenand for Riihimaki in Finland but they were produced in Empoli during the 1970s. This is the rare and beautiful Noppa dice decanter in kingfisher blue glass, complete with its matching dice stopper.
