It is part of their # 3400 Dinnerware line. This one is made in Cambridge’s “Crystal”, clear colored glass and is deep plate etched with the “Gloria” pattern deep plate etching. What makes this one rare is gold encrusted decoration on the etching; in 45 years of collecting these, this is the only one of these I have ever see.
