This rare antique item is all handmade. It is either the small vase or the toothpick holder. The little tag inside says C 1465 so I assume it may have been a booth number from an antique store, probably not the actual date that it was made. This most likely dates to the 18th or 19th century And measures 2 1/4 inches tall and 2 inches wide good condition overall some minor way to finish.
