It's a very decorative 1960s Norwegian Elle Keramik piece - with its blue border, stylised leaf pattern and spider’s web trellis work in the centre. Signed to the back “elle Norway” 501/R14. A great larger size for display; and would look great hung on a wall in a Scandi-modern interior - or on display on a coffee table.
