A rare Langley Ware, Oakes period, figure of a Tortoise, slipcast and decorated in blue and brown colours. Measures approximately 18cm long. Produced at the Langley Mill Pottery, with a stamp that dates it from the 1930s. It measures approximately 18cm long. It is in very good condition with no damage just has a tiny white spot on the head which could be a firing fault.
