Rainbow Art MCM Heavy Art Glass Cobalt Blue Ashtray Dish. It is textured on the outside, and smooth on the inside. 7 1/4 x 5 3/4” It is not marked but I am attributing it to rainbow art. Good condition but the cigarette rest seem to be a little rough and I’m not sure if it was just made that way. see photos. This is a heavy piece of glass.
