Lovely oval Prattware tazza made by underglaze transfer print technique, specific to the Pratt Brothers, the scene is copy of "The blind Fiddler" painting of Sir David Wilkie. The central scene is surrounded by a turquoise border followed by two other ochre borders with different decorations.
